With over two decades of experience in profit and non-profit organizations, I specialize in collaborating with senior executives and teams to cultivate human-centric and engaging work environments. I've been actively involved in driving New Work and Culture transformations at Drei Hutchinson, ING, and bank99.
I pursued Economics at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and obtained an MSc in Coaching, Supervision, and Organizational Development. Additionally, I am accredited as an ICF PCC Coach and as Senior Practitioner with the EMCC.
Having lived in Sarajevo, Skopje, Hong Kong and Vienna and with a background spanning Europe, Asia, and South America, I bring a rich blend of personal experiences and a global perspective to my work.
